Ornamental ivy - Hedera helix ‘Sophien’

Ornamental ivy, Hedera helix ‘Sophien’, has light to medium green foliage with attractive veins.
The leaf is shiny, curled and scurved from the apical lobe. In winter, the foliage takes on a lovely pinkish hue.
The shoots are vigorous, the plant is branchy and forms beautiful, original clumps.
History
This cultivar was discovered in 2006 by Robert Krebs of the German Ivy Society near a nursery in Flensburg, Germany.
