Description
Ornamental ivy - Hedera helix ‘Mini Sagittaefolia’
In a nutshell
Ornamental ivy, Hedera helix ‘Mini Sagittaefolia’, is a mutation selected by Olivier Arcelus that appeared in his nursery.
Compared with its relative, the leaves are reduced in size to 2 to 3 cm, and the internodes are also shorter. These small leaves are borne on long stems, giving the appearance of curved ‘pinions’.
Its stocky, very branchy habit makes it an interesting ground cover or pot plant.
