Ornamental ivy, Hedera helix ‘Golden Gate’, is a variegated ivy with cordate leaves. They are spotted with golden yellow in the centre and margined with dark green.
It forms a clump, with well-branched stems that turn pink in winter.

History
This cultivar was introduced from Denmark in 1972. It is a less vigorous mutation of ‘Golden Ingot’.
