This pretty ivy, Hedera helix ‘Sweetness’, Its main feature is its dark green macules on a soft green background.
The base of the leaves is usually heart-shaped. The leaf blade has 5 lobes with slightly rounded tips. The stems are well branched, forming a rather thick mat.
This ivy can be used both as ground cover and as a climber.
History
This cultivar is a mutation of ‘Goldstern’ selected in our nursery. Compared with ‘Goldstern’, the macule is more discreet and often off-centre, and above all the lobes are less elongated.
