The medium-sized leaves have 3 to 5 narrow, pointed, downward-curving lobes. The median lobe is longer than the lateral lobes. The symmetrical leaf blade is medium to dark green, with a slight blush in summer. It also takes on some colour in winter.

This is a well-branched ivy with fairly short internodes, for use as ground cover or as a climber.

History

This cultivar was discovered by Gebr. Stauss, a nurseryman in Möglingen, Germany. It is a mutation of ‘California’ selected in 1980.
