Three angular lobes, hence the name. The leaf is shiny, medium-sized and short-stalked. Young leaf, butter yellow at first, fading to dark green over the months. In winter, shades of red.

Very branched, it can cover a wall with thick foliage. With its young yellow shoots that dazzle the area in spring, this ivy is always a big hit.

This variety was awarded the RHS (Royal Horticultural Society) Award of Merit in 1993.
