Ornamental ivy, Hedera helix ‘Olive Rose’, This variety has rather imposing, more or less embossed leaves, which are very attractive. They are composed of 3 rounded lobes. The leaf blade is a dark olive green with strong crystals at the margin.
This is a moderately branchy variety with fairly long internodes, and very leafy. Once established, the clump becomes thick.
This ivy is good for ground cover or as a climber, but can also be used in pots.
History
This cultivar is the result of a mutation of ‘Très coupé’, discovered by Fibrex Nurseries, England, in 1981.
